Resolution on reopening colleges, colleges on April 14: HRD minister

NEW DELHI: The educational establishments will be re-opened most effective after a review of coronavirus enviornment within the country when the lockdown duration ends on April 14, Union HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal acknowledged on Sunday.

“Security of students, lecturers is of maximum importance to the authorities,” Pokhriyal added.

The minister acknowledged that the authorities is able to be obvious there may be never any such thing as a tutorial loss to students if colleges, colleges remain shut past April 14.

He added, “We personal a concept ready for conducting pending assessments and evaluation as soon as the lockdown is lifted.”

The 21-day lockdown within the country ends on April 14. There personal been indications from the authorities that the lockdown could no longer be extended.

Alternatively, classes in colleges and colleges were already suspended prior to the lockdown became launched.
